<p>Need to calender an appointment or deadline a specific number of days out? Rather than manually counting days on your calendar, try this trick:</p>
<ul>
<li>Open your Outlook Calendar</li>
<li>Click &#8220;New Appointment&#8221;</li>
<li>In the &#8220;Start Time&#8221; text box, type in your <strong>number of days after</strong> as shown below, then hit tab!</li>

<ol>
<li>Close Outlook.</li>
<li>Click the Start button in the lower, left corner of the screen. (click Start &gt; Run if you do not use Windows 7) <em>See below image.</em></li>
<li>In the field where your cursor is flashing, type &#8220;outlook.exe /resetnavpane&#8221;.</li>
<li>Open Outlook.</li>
</ol>
<p>You&#8217;re favorites folders will now be visible at the top of the left navigation pane.</p>
