If you rebooted your computer recently and noticed your favorites folders in outlook are missing. Use these simple steps to restore them:

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Click the Start button in the lower, left corner of the screen. (click Start > Run if you do not use Windows 7) See below image.
  3. In the field where your cursor is flashing, type “outlook.exe /resetnavpane”.
  4. Open Outlook.

You’re favorites folders will now be visible at the top of the left navigation pane.
